Product Description

laptopdrivestore.com hold no liability to inaccurate description and reserve the right to amend  information and pricing at anytime without consent or giving notice.

Delivery

Delivery times are not guaranteed as items are dispatched by Royal Mail recorded delivery or  special delivery. Items dispatched-especially during busy periods such as during the Christmas period, may experience longer delays through Royal Mail in order to deliver your items.

Where goods are out of stock and cannot meet the required delivery schedule, the customer  will be notified and a full refund (including postage) will be offered.

Returning Goods

New and Refurbished items may be returned for a refund or exchange, as long as you do so within 7 days of receipt. New Items must still have their seal intact. You will be responsible for the cost of return carriage to us. Any refund processed will be only be via the original payment method.

The return of New items will only be accepted if the sealed anti-static bag is still intact.

All returns must be authorised with a returns authorisation number (RMA) and clearly marked 'returned goods' and  received by us within 7 days. To receive a returns authorisation number, email your order number, contact details and reason for return   to returns@laptopdrivestore.com and a RMA number will be issued by return email.

All new items come with a one year warranty.
Refurbished items come with a 30 day warranty.

Any items returned to us for an exchange due to them being deemed by the customer to be faulty  but which are later tested by us to be found to be in working order will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Laptopdrivestore.com will not be held responsible for any loss of data under any circumstances resulting from the use of any product that you have purchased from us.

Payment Information

We accept payment by credit/debit card using Google Checkout as well as cheques and postal orders. Please make all cheques/postal orders payable to Portable Device Solutions.

Goods paid by cheque or postal order, will not be dispatched until funds have cleared.

Credit and charge card payments are subject to validation and authorisation by the card issuer and we will not be liable for any non-delivery or delay if a card issuer refuses to authorise payment.

We do not collect sensitive information about you and the information we do hold will be accurate and up-to-date.
